Inspiring greatness for a better world

La Jolla Country Day School teaches students from early childhood through Grade 12, and welcomes IEM students in grades 9–12. The programme is academically demanding and deliberately broad — students are expected to think for themselves, contribute to the community around them, and leave prepared for university and for the world beyond it.

Why study here

What makes this campus different

A hub for innovation

A Center for Excellence in Citizenship and a Design and Innovation Lab give students space to tackle real problems, prototype ideas, and build the kind of creative confidence universities look for.

More than academics

Athletics, arts, and service-learning sit alongside a demanding academic program, so students can follow what they love and grow into independent, capable young adults.

A community that knows you

A close-knit, inclusive campus where teachers and classmates learn your name quickly — an easier place to land when you're new to the country.
